Dr. Betsy is great. The staff is fine. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour for a 5 minute appointment. I’m pretty sure they double, maybe even triple book appointments. They have no regard for their patients valuable time.

Definitely the best eye doctors in the Lehigh Valley!! They’re quick to get you in, and take the time to help with any visual issues that you may be having. I had a corneal abrasion, with an eye ulcer and they were able to save my vision instantly!! Dr. Lou and Dr. Rosati I would recommend to anyone. Plus their care team handle’s any paperwork, insurance, or medical/pharmacy issues above any other organization I have ever dealt with!!
