I went here once earlier this year but probably won't be going back as I left feeling a little unimpressed. During my visit I was handed off to at least 3 different people (including the Dr). It seems like the doctor may be staggering appointments so she is seeing other patients while you get the standard tests done. This may be fine for others but it does not work for me. Additionally, I was charged for a contact fitting that I did not need nor ask for. I have been wearing contacts for at least 15 years. I have been wearing the same type for at least 10 of those years with no complaints. This added a significant amount of time to my appointment and at the end of it all I ended up in the EXACT same type of contact that I arrived in and have been wearing for most of my contact wearing life. If it's not broken don't fix it.

it's extremely disappointing when I'm asked to pay when I have met my deductible. When I came in for my exam I was asked to come in to get more photos of my eyes and was told it would be covered under my medical insurance. I have met all deductibles and do not owe anything. you took it anyway. When things like this happen did I really need to come in or is this just a scam. Is Molly Bauman just looking to make a few extra bucks at my expense. All I have done is been in and out of hospitals and seeing specialist this year. i don't need a pitty party I would just like for you to trust your patients as you would expect the same and if you are going to question us so your job like everyone else and find out through my insurance company if I will owe. Do not just tell me that's the policy all that is is a sign of laziness and taking the quick, convenient and lazy way out again at our expense.

You have earned my respect and business you guys are all exceptional and I appreciate you more than you know 🤩🤩😇😇🙏🙏I want to say your staff are absolutely top notch and The Dr explained my issues with my eyes although not all good news she explained it very well. I had the pleasure of working with the owner also you sir are the perfect example of how someone should do business you listened to me and helped me with everything and it is apparent of why your employees are so pleasant to deal with. You definitely earned my respect and loyalty. Again THANK YOU so much!!!!!🙏🙏
