I've been coming to see Dr. Tran for over 15 years. Absolutely love her. Even when I was in the Marine Corps, I'd schedule vacation to fly into town just for my eye exam instead of doing it free in the military.

Dr was great, service was polite. However, they need to review their policy about cancelations. Missed a booked app once, didn't call. Completely understand that I didn't attempt to come in. Day had bad weather, and they even called to see if I still planned to come in. Then, come to find out that they scheduled me on a day that i wasn't even supposed to be allowed in due to "their policy about insurance". However, I canceled a 2nd app and realized I wouldn't make it in time due to an actual scheduling conflict. They stated that due to a second no show even though I called, I would no longer be able to schedule an app and have to walk in like an animal off of the street. Terrible policy.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for over 15 to 20 years. She had just started her practice. Not married yet, she is AWESOME!! loving kind, polite:: Most of All KNOWS what she is doing"""" Keep up the good work:: Staff is okay, sometimes a little sleepy.. Overall Great office!!!!!

I have been going to Dr Tran for 14 years. She is professional and courteous. Every visit is like seeing an old friend. She makes me comfortable and I trust all her recommendations. Highly skilled!
