I just want to take a moment to say how much I love this place and the one person who made me feel like I mattered is Berlanda. I was so nervous about getting glasses because I haven't worn any since HS but she made me feel confident enough to pick out a few pairs that I tried on and made me feel seen. She is such a sweetheart and gave me my confidence back. Thank you so much Berlanda for being you! You are truly have such a kind spirit. I recommend her to anyone! She deserves a raise!

I absolutely love this business. The optometrist knows exactly who I am, my conditions (strokes) and she's very thorough with my eye exam. I usually get my glasses within a week of the order. Her staff is the best and very knowledgeable. I take my daughter, who is legally blind. Their prices are the best in Jacksonville.

The providers are good but I will say staff is not. After 20 years I will be switching providers. Failed to do what I repeatedly asked over the phone and one assistant blew his nose two different times throughout my appointment then handed me my contacts right after without washing his hands . Yum.

The staff is very welcoming, the doctor do not rush you and listen to your concerns, explains complex eye health results or changes in your vision in a way that was easy to understand.

I have been coming to Hanna Eye Care for almost 20 years, they continue to treat you like family and give the best care possible. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best eye facility I have been to. I have a herpes virus in both my eyes and i have never had the treatment and responses to my problems as i have had here. I knew my eyes had changed and so I searched for an optometrist in my area. I found Hanna Eye Care and made an appointment. So glad I did, he was thorough and explained about my eye situation. I needed la new prescription; new glasses and Mandy helped me with choosing them. She was very sweet and professional! I chose a pair that I thought I'd like but totally different than what I'm used to wearing. They are taller and bling, at least to me. She even sent a photo after I got home so I could show my daughter. But, thinking it over I didn't have a peace about it. The next day I went with my husband because he had an appointment too but a misunderstanding about the type of lenses he wanted happened. He wanted regular bifocals and not progressive ones so we went back in and Niko helped him change everything. Niko was fantastic, he helped me too with getting a different frame by advising which ones were better for me as I put on different ones. Not so tall and smaller. Also he explained about the difference with how the bifocal is measured depending on where your glasses sit in respect to your bottom eyelids. Really had a great experience both days. He also took time to let me read the card that wasn't shown to me in the exam room to check my reading strength to reassure me.Thank you Niko and Mandy ❤️ So glad we found Hanna Eye Care! My wife needed her glasses tighter. She is not able to get in and out of the car. They were so helpful i was able to take the glasses in and they fixed them. Plus Alex was a angel && came out to the car to make sure they fit right . So very helpful . Excellent customer service!!! Thank you have a great day !!!

I went in for service and the technician Berlanda was very knowledgeable, respectful, kind, friendly. She helped me through my frame selection. She was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend her.. Next year I will definitely like her assistance..

Very nice. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Staff was very helpful. The Dr was very nice and actually listened and fixed what the other place messed up. So much better than the big corporate places that rush you in and out and don't care about the wellbeing of your eyes.

I was actually recommended by TARGET optical to this Eye Care Center and I couldn't be grateful enough that I went. From the day I called for appointment to the the next day I went being my first time, everything went so smoothly . Update: My son's football sport goggles had an accident and I need to go through the insurance from where I originally purchased those goggles. At that I went in to ask for a copy of the prescription that I was not provided with whenever I left after the first visit. Most places just give you a copy and you can always access the copy. They were already closed for the day yesterday. I come in today and they said that they have to have the doctor sign off on it. It can take 24 to 48 hours. They said they could email it to me once the doctor signs off on it. When I googled why I have to wait just to get a copy of the prescription the feedback I received is that should have been provided a copy right after the initial exam without asking for it according to the ftc eyeglass rule. It's a long wait for everything but they are really busy. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I do like the large selection of frames and the explanations from the doctor. I didn't like that they do not accept CareCredit; this was the first vision place I encountered that did not accept it.The fee for using card was a drag on top of not taking care credit single mom of 3 dropping close to $600 for 2 glasses isn't easy. Maybe you should look into accepting CareCredit, most offices I've been to do, but they are big chains. My dental office is small and they accept it. It's a nice option for no-interest payment plans!

I had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Hanna about a week ago. He was very nice and educated me on all that he was doing. I also saw Dr. Muneer Hanna and appreciated his time because they were very busy. The technician Sara kept checking in on me despite how busy the office was, which was also appreciated. Nico helped me pick out my glasses and was very patient while I tried them on. I overall had a great experience and will be back in the future.
