Why is this the only place that makes you pay extra for a behind the eye test? Every time I go they require me to pay $40 extra for it because insurance doesn't cover the test! I'll find a new place to get my glasses!

I would never refer anyone to this place the receptionist I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional I honestly couldn't tell the difference if I was talking to someone in optometry office or someone right off the streets who was giving the directions to the nearest dollar tree if lost I wouldn't trust them to do any eye repair because the same double dose of unorofessionalism and rudeness would be the same response you would get from your eyes having doubled or blurred vision I like the name of the company harbor eye care because the name harbor for me rings volumes I would harbor the whole building to be knocked down and condemned with workers in it im sorry to speak poorly but it's for the safety of the people in the area to speak truth instead of having family and friends comment like and subscribe and give high ratings to get 3.8 stars for service they need to stop playing with peoples lives and go ahead and tell the people the truth they don't care about nothing but a paycheck cause as for eye sight left up to them it can be here today and gone tomorrow you most def have to enter that building at your own risk
