Great customer service. Dr Thompson is very patient and knowledgeable. He really takes his time with you and answers all your questions. His staff is very patient when picking out the best glasses frames too!

Dr Thompson & staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and make your visit pleasant from the moment you arrive 'til you leave. I feel I get a thorough eye exam . The staff are helpful with the selection of frames when I need new glasses. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. If you need an optometrist, I recommend you give them a try.

I have been going to Harden Valley Optical for many years. I have always felt very comfortable. The staff has been very nice and helpful. The doctors are very personable and so nice. They have helped me to maintain my eye health over the years informing me of what’s going on in regards to my vision as I’m getting older. The staff has been understanding when I’ve not had lots of money to spend and they have not been overbearing or pushy with add-ons and increased expenses over the years which I appreciate. They have interacted with an understanding attitude as life happens. I appreciate that the building itself is well-maintained and always looks nice and clean when I go there. They are always helpful with any questions that I may have. Even with the increased traffic around the area I plan to continue going there for my yearly eye exams.
