After confirming my reservation three times, I waited 35 minutes to see the doctor after he took two patients immediately before my appointment. Then, they were going to charge me for a $49 test that couldn't be completed because the computer was frozen (they never mentioned an extra charge). I asked if they felt fair charging me when they didn't even do the test... the answer "Sorry". I have emailed to get a copy of my prescription - this has been met with an equal lack of any professionalism. They don't reply and seemingly don't care. Avoid this business based upon my experience their apathetic attitudes and surprise fees.

I am so happy with Dr.He! This was my first time coming to this location and she immediately helped me through the process and explained all the test, so happy to hopefully become a longtime patient!

Very happy with my experience! very professional at the Brea Mall location, Wendy was more than helpful to see that I got what I needed and was very efficient.
