I was a patient of Dr. Loo for over nine years so was my ex-husband we had EXCELLANT service and care. Doctor Loo, was very good to take care of my eye condition. The office staff very friendly and knew our names as we walked in for our appointments. I wish i lived closer to Simi Valley, CA to continue my eye care with him and the office. The BEST Eye Doctor i ever had. When i moved out of the area it was worth driving the hour and half to get service for exam and my new glasses. I just might drive out there to continue my eye care it would be benefical to see the BEST. Last name was different as his patient.

I was treated by Dr. Harry Loo for a Pterygium. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time and Dr. Loo was very thorough in his examination and he took the time to explain my condition and what caused my condition. He was generous enough with his time to provide helpful advice to prevent further damage.
I came to Dr. Loo, because of his experience, I didn't care if he was nice or not, I just wanted an expert to look at my eyes; however, contrary to the reviews on here - everyone at his office was very friendly and extraordinarily quick. In all, I spent less than 45 minutes at the office.
Lastly, I called around for prices before settling on Dr. Loo, and I found that his practice is the amongst the most experienced and reasonably priced ophthalmologist in the Simi Valley/ Thousand Oaks / Westlake area, even compared to others with much less experience.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Dr Harry Loo to my friends and family.

Since Google offers no easy way to respond to reviews, I'll review the reviewers.
Raul Valdez -- we have no patient with that name. Malicious post.
Second review -- this person has posted all over the internet. He is a drug addict. We treated him very well during his exam, even though he made sexually explicit comments to the front office. He was fine until he received his bill. His has engaged in slander and libel by stating we commited insurance fraud. He complained to the Better Business Bureau, they investigated, and found that his allegations were lies. Blue Cross never performed an audit, so I presume they found his allegations to be false. We NEVER called him names.
Unfortunately we cannot reveal his name so that others might be warned of his threatening, libelous behavior.
