Have been seeing Dr. Yavitz for years and have been happy with him until today's visit. His assistant refused to check my vision with my prescription sunglasses. Didn't give me any feedback on my vision with my regular glasses. When Dr. Yavitz entered room to see me, he immediately took a cell phone call and left for about 20 minutes. When he came back in the room, he was still on the phone and obviously preoccupied with that, leaving me hardly any time for questions or discussion. He wrote the name of a specialist he wanted me to see and then left the room still on his phone. Did not make me feel very important.

The staff are amazing very nice!! The doctor I seen I felt like he didn’t even care to hear me out. I had a problem with my left eye and walks in the room and starts messing with my right eye. This man didn’t read my chart. And chuckled when I said there was something in there. I wouldn’t come back to him

Overall the office appears to be efficiently run. The staff were very pleasant. Dr. Met did a thorough exam of my retina. Waiting time was minimal. I received a copy of my visit notes. Overall I am pleased with my visit.
