Just an update. RUN 🏃‍♀️ RUN away do not use this place. The owner is rude and quickly denied what I needed even before they looked at my file. Literally one year my super expensive glasses broke. Which is actually less than one year because when I received them the prescription was off and I had to have them fix it. So if I am going based off of that it was less than one year. I called to get prescription and they will not provide me with all the details needed to order a new pair online. They refused to assist even with all the money I spent. Run. They push you to spend on unnecessary items. I had to get the lens correct and the $200+ I spent is out the door. Glasses totaled $558 the $200 were to get bifocals I did not need ask them to correct which they are doing but they will not credit the 200 on unnecessary bifocals nit even a store credit. Manager Edward did not care. There site states they take quality in there work but they do not. All they care about is the money you shell out. The eye doctor is good but the that owner of this establishment is not at all professional. I will continue my complaint to BBB and every other social media possible. Economy is hard and people like this makes it harder.

Came here once and will not be coming back! Should have known they were horrible the second they said they wouldn't give me a copy of my prescription. Also staff was VERY rude and didn't care about me needing new glasses even when picking glasses the person who was assisting me wasn't helpful at all! On top of it all after being over charged they didn't give me the correct lenses and it made my vision worse!! And before anyone says that's not possible .... IT IS! The dr I saw also wasn't pleasant and she literally took 7 minutes to do my exam and sent me on my way! So glad I found somewhere ELSE who values their patients but also GIVES ME THE RIGHT DAMN LENSES/prescription ! Stay away from this place!!

I recently bought glasses here. Sara was a dream to work with - all around amazing customer service - couldn't ask for a better experience. After trying on a bunch of glasses in store, I ended up finding a pair of glasses online and asked if they could order them in two different colors so I could try them on before buying. I ended up getting one of them. The timing to have the glasses sent to the store for me to try on and the timing to actually get the glasses to me was so quick and efficient. I'll be buying here again for sure!
