This was THE WORST experience ever at any doctors office. The wait time was horrible for my daughter’s appointment! And the staff named Melanie was horrible. She was so rude and didn’t care about any patient there. I saw her talking and on her phone the entire time. She didn’t even greet upon arrival and was giving me dirty looks. Honestly this place needs better management and better training! Will never go here even if it’s the last eye doctor in the world!!! Do better!!!!!

After several appointments with other eye doctors, I found that some are OK and some are not. My search is over and I am very happy with Haywood Eye care.
The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Haywood explained everything and was patient with me and all my questions. I plan to be a long time patient with Dr Haywood.

I have been with Dr. Mark Haywood for so many years that I can’t remember how many years ago it was that I became his patient.. I highly recommend him and the staff are tremendous. Dr. Haywood is a caring doctor and when you need him, you can be sure he will always be there.
