Went here to get foreign body out of my eye. I have health partners insurance so I thought this would be best. $700 visit charge plus surgery charge to use a qtip to get a piece of sand stuck under my eyelid, 15 minutes in and out max. Ended with a $440 bill after insurance! I have been to other eye doctors for foreign body removal and never received a bill remotely close to this even when I went in after hours. This place is a ripoff.

We have purchased all of our family's glasses here over 20 plus years. But not anymore. Go to Arden Hills HP or frankly anyplace else. ordering a new [expensive) pair included subpar very rude customer service with a staff member questioning why my optometrist wrote her prescription and misgendering her ("he made a mistake" over and over). I asked to have the prescription reviewed and the staff member said "that's a special situation and we don't do that". Entirely untrue and not helpful.. I was never so glad to get the glasses finally (no case, btw) and get away. Don't waste your $$ or your time here.

I had to listen to the staff there berate a customer over the phone and then proceed to complain about customers to each other while I and others were browsing. Terrible vibe and I would never shop there as a result.

I have gotten glasses here for thirty years. They are friendly and very professional. Kip is the best!

Don't Go Here! Wrong prescription, and a big hassle to correct.
