Terrible, and I mean terrible, customer service. Stephanie in the contacts department kept interrupting me, and when I asked her not to, she told me that she would get someone else to help me and then hung up on me. I called back and was talked to condescendingly to by Tony the receptionist. He misinterpreted my saying I would come in in-person to deal with the issue with Stephanie, that I was threatening her! I told him that I would be asking her in-person to be more professional, because it's evident that it's easy to dismiss people with crummy service over the phone. I will never go here again and I warn you...constant miscommunications and errors abound when ordering from here. Dr. Marlane Brown is wonderful, and I will gladly head to whichever other clinic she works from. The Woodbury one is luckily a rare one for her to work at-thank goodness!

Had my eye exam today and the clinic was great. Had Stephanie and Dr. Spenser and would recommend them.

My first experience at this clinic couldn’t have been better! Judy who performed my eye exams and testing was great and she did a phenomenal job explaining all of the tests and ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. I then met with Dr.Veire, who was so nice and who did an excellent job of explaining and reviewing the eye exam results with me! I was seen quickly and had to wait only a few minutes throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking eye care!
