I needed to be quickly for an eye issue, and Heartland worked me into their schedule that afternoon. Each staff member I interacted with was great and cheerful, even at the end of the workday. Dr. Kent did a thorough exam and identified a few issues not identified in prior exams that require further monitoring. She had excellent patient skills, and provide me with great feedback on my issues. I would highly recommend this practice with anyone having special eye care needs.

Trevor, the tech, was great. I appreciate his patience with my strong eye reflexes, which caused him difficulty in conducting tests on my eyes. He also had a good attitude overall. He made the overall experience as easy as possible. I hope he conducts any tests at my next appointment in six months. Well done!

Dr.Kent and her assistant are both very caring and kind , they listen to my concerns and issue and together help work out the best solution. They break everything down and carefully explain what things are and how they work. They make me feel important and I'm the priority at my visit.
