Had a great experience! Always do here. I had my LASIK done by Dr. Nickel in 2017 and Dr. Marshall confirmed I still have 20/20 vision today. I appreciate the consistency of doctors at the Tyler location. Makes it easy to come back to.

Staff always welcoming and very helpful. There for annual eye exam, Dr Marshall polite and thorough, no changes in eye sight so he was in and out. Always feel relaxed and comfortable there.

After reading all the good reviews, I almost did not post this, but decided my experience might not be unique. DR Marshall is a young doctor that need to improve his “Bed-Side” manors and learn to listen to his patients. When he came in the room, I stood and offered to shake or bump hands. He simple ignored me and asked what the problem was. From there on, I was never able to finish a sentence. When I would try to tell him what was bothering me, he would interrupt with a cause before letting me finish. As a result, his cures did not fit the problem. When I would try to explain why they were the wrong cures for his wrong diagnosis he would say that I was changing my story, never mind that he had not heard the story to begin with. Finally after rattling off all sorts of cures for the un-diagnosed problem, he said he would prescribe a couple of medications that would help. He left the room without doing so, but he put on my chart that he wanted to see me again in 6 months. I don’t think so!
