I was also scheduled for an upcoming appointment February 23rd, 2024 @ 7:35 a.m. I was informed that my primary, Dr. Candice Smith, received results of my appointments regarding contuity of care.

New patient appointment this week. Great experience. I like my doctor and the staff. Very detailed, answered my questions, did not make me feel rushed. It felt like a very capable practice and so I'm glad to be a new client/patient.

Great experience. The lady that took my history was very thorough….made sure she had all necessary information to relay to the Doctor, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Van was very detailed and spent time really examining my eyes, and explaining any concerns.
