Let's just start off with how easy it was to book an appointment. You book online with so many available times that works with my crazy schedule. They send you reminder texts in case you forget. Parking is a breeze, it's located in a shopping center located in the heart of the Heights. The check-in process was quick and seamless. They also have refreshments in the front, which adds a relaxing touch. I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Vuong. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about my eyes during my exam. I opted to get glasses during the visit and they have so many options! It was hard to narrow down my selection to THREE frames. Ultimately, I chose the Ray-Ban frames and they look absolutely gorgeous on my face. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I am highly satisfied with my entire experience here. Don't wait to give them a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

My experience here was wonderful. The ease of the appointment booking, the welcome board personalized with my name when I checked in, the friendly and professional staff, and the doctor all exceeded my expectations. Not only that, the doctor was very thorough and answered a question regarding my eyes that no other doc I’ve seen could answer. 5 stars all around!

Awesome experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The glasses selection is pretty nice and they have reasonable prices to meet a variety of needs. I enjoyed my experience and feel confident in Dr Peter assisting me with my vision needs.
