I highly recommend Dr. Helena Nguyen. I've been a customer for over 18 years and my entire family gets our contacts and glasses here too. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. Every year, she examines my eyes thoroughly and clearly explains what she's looking out for as I age. I always feel well taken care of. As I'm at the point of needing both contacts to see far and reading glasses, she gave me multiple options on how to see far and close up using contact lens, with the pros and cons and different price points. She also gave me different sample lens to try for a few weeks before I decide what to order. I have vision insurance through my work and my spouse's. Their staff knows how to coordinate the 2 insurances and explain to me the insurance coverage and my out of pocket amount. The office is by appointment only and I always just email them to make one. They also send a letter annually to remind me when it's time to book an appointment. It takes time to find great doctors who are truly caring, incredibly competent, and communicates well. Dr. Nguyen is all that.

hours are until 3pm. phone never picks up. VM is full and phone message DOES NOT STATE by appt only. After I arrived at their store there's a message on the wall saying that I need to text for someone to come open the door. An old man comes out and says that they only do by appointment only since covid which was 3 years ago. I told him i need some simple frames and have the model number already. his exact words were "too bad, we are closed" (its 230pm). A lady and her child were walking by and said don't ever go there. they're rude as hell and overpriced... i would have to agree on the rudeness. i guess my money's not good enough for them
