First time here, I was pleased with Dr. Hembree service. I really like the fact that he takes time and explain different options. He is very knowledgeable and throughly explained my eye issues. The only thing that need improvement is his front desk staff. One of the receptionist is very nice and helpful. The other one did not explain my charges, and ran through them in a manner I was confused. She also did not explain the best option with my insurance to get the better price. Front desk staff is very important as well, because of this I took off a star.

Dr Hembree is a great eye doctor! I've been going to him many years because he always gets my eyeglass prescription right the first time and explains things in a way I can understand. I highly recommend Dr Hembree!

Been going here with my family since I was a young. Dr Hembree is knowledgeable and thorough with his exams. He cares about the welfare of his patients and will not prescribe materials that cause discomfort. So he works with multiple brands of contacts. He is able to fit multifocal contacts, even for older patients. Expect a wait, and multiple visits if needed. But the end result is the correct prescription for vision, even with hard-to-fit contacts. Staff is highly knowledgeable and professional about their services and products.
