Im highly impressed with the customer service. I was at the Main Campus on another matter & stopped in to inquiry if there may have been any appts available prior to mine. The manager, Ms. Joyce always gives the warmest greetings. Ms. Linda gives the best customer care. The gentleman that assisted with the fitting of my new frames was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with the short visit on 10.13.2023. Gabby is also a great addition to the team. Always so pleasant , cheerful and ready to assist. Truly great staff at this location!

Had a great eye exam. The doctor was very nice, the exam was quick, and I was able to receive an updated eye glass prescription. At first I thought the eye glass process was kind of slow until it was my turn. Picking glasses with prescription lenses is a commitment and it took me a while to make a final decision. I completely understood why the pick & purchase took longer! They made sure to offer me all the discounts available to give me the best purchase price. I ended up purchasing glasses at the end of my visit. I would recommend them for your exam and purchase if you’re looking for new glasses.
