I had a great experience here. I haven’t had my eyes checked in 10+ years. They were very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They are very timely with appointments which I appreciated.

My wife and I have both had a very good experience at this location. The Dr. is very complete and thorough in her examination and informative. The optician was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful with assisting my wife in selecting her glasses. The glasses are PERFECT and the prescription is right on. We will both be back for certain!!

Receptionist is rude and angry .. she treated us like we are begging for service.
Tried to check for prices for lenses the lady was helpful but she looked at us and was surprised that I want to get 2 pairs ?? Insurance only pays for one !! She looked down at us .. and she was skeptics that we can afford to buy glasses there .. she did not realise that we are in the medical field and own a business . Customer service is top priority for any business and these 2 ladies do not want to work … I only went there because I was affiliated with Henry Ford and love my hospital .. one star is too high .. need to teach their employees how to be nice to customers
