The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mykia. She was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind and thorough. She was AWESOME!! She did a wonderful job answering all my concerns. Britney was also very sweet and a great people person, made it very easy to order glasses. She was GREAT!! Dr Moon, is wonderful she is very friendly and kind, always answers all my questions and concerns. Explains everything thoroughly and makes sure I understand. She is always pleasant to be around. She is OUTSTANDING!!

I love this location. I've been bringing my children and myself here for a very long time. The selection is always top notch and so many to look at, not just frames but specific lens options as well. The lobby and waiting area are always super clean and smells nice. The bathroom is also always very clean. The staff is the BEST! I always see the same faces which is nice, they are also very friendly and the most knowledgeable. Love the doctors my kids and myself have seen always thorough and explain things, super friendly. I'll always come here and recommend to others to come here as well.

Great service staff was wonderful. Unable to walk long distance staff was able to help me with my oxygen. Make sure that I got to my car safe. Will be back again. Return to pick up my glasses. With ease signed in within 3 minutes they were at my desk asking me questions bought my glasses I tried them on and made they made sure they fit good and I was on my way in less than 8 minutes. A quick service

My entire experience was great. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. There was not a long wait time. The Dr was great and listened to my concerns. I never once felt rushed. Brittany, the optician, was absolutely AMAZING!!! She has a great eye for style and helped me pick glasses that look amazing. And the manager who assisted me when I picked my glasses up was also very helpful.

My experience at this facility was so wonderful. Patty, Dr. Milo, and Christa were so nice and personable. I normally dread going to the eye doctor and they all made it such a positive experience for me. Patty was so kind and friendly when we were working together. Dr. Milo was so calm, kind and explained everything thoroughly. Christa was so sweet and helped me pick out my glasses. She was incredibly kind and helped me pick out glasses that I am very excited to get back. I am very grateful for my experience here

As usual, I had a very positive experience at the Clinton Twp. OptimEyes. Dr. Milo, Montana and the rest of the staff are thorough, professional and personable. I always feel well taken care of and my questions are answered. On the dispensing side, Tammy was extremely helpful. She found nice frames that suited me and made lens suggestions, too. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eyecare. Edit: When I picked up my new glasses, Lily was very helpful in making sure they fit properly. The prescription seems accurate and I like my new look! Thanks to a great team!
