I really like my doctor, she is always very nice, explains things thoroughly and in terms I can understand. The lady that waited on me at the counter to pick out my glasses was very helpful in helping me pick out the right frames for my face. Then last but not least, my order came in within two weeks. There was only a couple minutes wait for someone to work with me to pick them up, she too was also very friendly. I was in and out literally in 5 minutes. 5 stars from me.

I was told by my in laws this place was great when they would attend a few years ago. Unfortunately, as I arrived the front desk staff were very rude. Took me about 5-10 mins to check in even though there was no line and they were laughing and talking behind the desk. I let it slide, people have off days I understand. When I was called back the nurse I had rushed all questions, procedures. Never washed his hands once we were in the exam room. Not very hygienic. Once the Dr came in , he did not wash his hands either before touching all exam tools. Again, rushed through all the questions and exams. I honestly felt I was taking a questionnaire rather than coming to check my vision and health of my eyes. Because of this I really did not trust their word and have made an appointment else where to redo this since I did not feel they had my health as their best interests. Disappointed and expected more from this experience.

I'm going to dive right in....
I pay out of pocket for my eye care and feel that the cost of an exam is really reasonable. The staff is very thorough and professional and it smells very pleasant in your offices. However, I do take umbrage with a couple of things. I paid 60 dollars for a contract lenses fitting when I don't need to be fitted for lenses, I simply ordered a years supply of the same colors I had last year. Then when I asked for my PD measurements they refused because I wasn't buying glasses. I was told that there is a liability issue because the measurements maybe different for different types of glasses. I explained that I usually order the same type of glasses and that I understood that if i ordered a different type it may not be as accurate. They still refused. Now let's be honest with one another. That fact is the measurements are a service you provide to paying customers, which I am, a years supply of lenses cost over 400 dollars plus the 60 I was charged for a fitting I didn't need (and did not question or argue about). I also fully understood that the measurements my not be perfect if I chose to get glasses that are dissimilar to the ones I already have. This boils down to corporate greed. And now because I am dissatisfied with having paid the fitting fee for a fitting i didn't need but was refused the PD measurements i asked for I'd like to be refunded the 60 dollars!
