Very bad experience here. I asked at least 3 times during my visit if my insurance was good. 2 different people assured me it was. 3 days later I get a call from them saying my insurance wasn't covering my glasses. I said ok fine, cancel my order. Then they said there would be a re stocking fee. The lady on the phone made it pretty clear that it was probably all my fault. Absolutely horrible. Never going back.

Nice employees and great customer service! Ian, the manager, assisted me with a concern I had, when I came in the next day, regarding my billing and took care of the situation immediately, which I was very happy about.🙂 And Sundra, is a very patient person, with a great personality, who helped me with my new prescription glasses. I would keep them both around for sure!😁

Everyone was friendly here! I wish I remembered her name but there was a woman that helped me pick out my frames at the end. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me through the whole process of what my insurance would cover and was able to help what she thought would look good on me, getting me out of my comfort zone of the type of frames I'd normally pick. If she is there for my next appointment I will definitely be asking for her again! I'm excited for my glasses to come in!

The office was very busy, but the Dr. was very thorough, and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The lady who helped me select frames, Sundra, was very knowledgeable, and a huge help. We probably talked a lot longer than we should’ve, but she was super nice, didn’t rush me, and was very pleasant to work with.
