the most amazing, and comprehensive eye exam I've ever experienced... amazing people work here, and it's clear that they love what they do. top notch!! I would give 10 stars if I could... they have a life long customer/patient as of today.. (I've been to other locations) not even close... go out of your way to visit this specific OptimEyes.

Updated, see below Sadly I can't give zero stars. Both my wife and I had the worst experience at the Troy facility. It was as if we were being pushed through each step of the process as quickly as possible. There was frankly no interaction, no warmth or friendliness, no information provided when questions were asked either. I was very close to just walking out. The only time me I will ever return is when I need to pick up my glasses and IF I need anything adjusted. Both my wife and I were initially excited because of the closeness and reputation. I will make sure people know to not visit this location. UPDATED: Manager Jim really took this concern of my wife and I very seriously. He went out of his way to correct our concerns. I can't increase the rating more as when my first pair of glasses came the prescription was worse than before. Jim went to work to fix them again so I am very grateful for his work to make our visit more pleasant.

Excellent experience! I loved the staff everyone was wonderful and welcoming. I loved working with Robin. She was funny, very helpful, and was such a sweetheart. I loved her honestly when making recommendations. I highly recommend this place. Great staff, selection of glasses, and awesome Doctors. The whole process was A+ from start to finish.
