I've been going to this Doctor for like 20 yrs Best Doctor out there

1st impression failed the doctor and receptionist were sitting in the front counter neither one acknowledged us doctor looked up at me once and kept doing what he was doing .we Will be right with you or hello would have been nice after the exam the doctor pointed to a graveyard of glasses thrown all over the place no assistance in picking out what would be the right frame for a 10 year old or best quality after picking out the glasses we gave him to the doctor all he said was three to four weeks no further instructions like will call you when they're in or thank you for choosing us nothing real cold service after this service won't be back in

They are not accessible , service is not great and prescription is wrong 😑 just got my replacement glasses and they are scratched I hope to go somone else as soon as I can …

I've been coming here for 3 years with my 3 children and the customer service has never improved. Don't believe me? just call the office. they answer the phone unprofessionally. They no longer have my business

I felt like my prescription was wrong after the eye exam was very quick and the last lenses that were used on me during the exam were still very blurry. The Dr tried to assure me it was correct. So I took his word for it and paid a few hundred bucks for a pair with that prescription. They come in a few weeks later and surprise surprise, they’re terrible. They don’t make my eyesight any worse they just don’t help like at all. Things in the distance are still very blurry to me. Sure I can make out what things are… I mean I know the general shape of the letter H but that doesn’t mean it’s still not blurry. I called to see if something could be done and was given an appointment by the receptionist to go back in. So I head back just to be told by the Dr that I need to give the glasses a chance. That they are correct. I just need to wear them every day so that my eyes can adjust. I left with the same pair of glasses that are useless to me. The receptionists are very sweet, only reason this place gets 2 stars.

This place has not been open for days can't even pick up glasses. They don't have any notes on widow or message for clients.. very unprofessional.

I dont like the service I always see someone sitting in the chair in the meantime when the lady is helping others that why I dont go there no more.

Excellent service, Dr. Nguyen saw me and renewed my expired prescription on the same day without an appointment. Daisy, Dr. Nguyen's assistant lined up where the bifocals lense goes and my new glasses were ordered.

Poor quality. On saphire 360 0/5 It last 7months.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Dr. Is very attentive per his advice I had my doctor run additional tests and found out that I had hypertension.

Beware of pricing! They pick and choose who pays what, my friend paid $55 for contact exam while they tried to charge me $95. Liars. Horrible customer service.

Unprofessional service, doctor laughed at me because I asked for a refund and said no to me, they kept my money. Never shop from this website, coming from my experience.

This is my 2nd year using Dr. Nguyen's Optometry office. I continue to be impressed with the doctor, the staff, the organized process and the cleanliness of the office.

Been coming here for a few years. Dr.Nguyem & staff have been efficient, very kind, and extremely timely, they don't try to push their products on you,they just ask you to look around, maybe you see something you like, has designer rims,best service I've had ever at an optometrist He's a great eye doctor.
