I wanted to believe the reviews were people that just like to complain about everything but until this happened to me so on August I had appointment for my child. It’s been over a 2 months my child can’t see at school I’m pissed off when they told me that my child’s file got damaged and they can’t find anything I called IEHP they said they haven’t charged so at least I was relieve. I made an appointment somewhere else. I will file a complaint with DCA. This ridiculous I’m just I will not recommend this place.

Don't waste your time, money or patience! The women are rude have bad customer service. When I asked for my prescription they gave me a three year old script. The manger could care less about his staffs negligence, and is very unprofessional. The doctor could not find my contact script after a year of following up over and over so gave up and Costco got it the 1st time LOL! Enough said!!

Wanted to come to this office, I like the doctor and staff. I was cash patient before, I now have insurance spoke to receptionist in the front Gabby over the phone. I wanted to go over my plan and co pays to be prepared for my appointment with all the miss information she provided. I decided to cancel my appointment and all 5 of my children. Instead of transferring me to someone who can answer my questions she just kept babbling on. Sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. I really like Dr Henry Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff consistently go above and beyond to meet our needs. My mother and I always receive exceptional service. The office is very clean, has a pleasant aroma, and the customer service is outstanding. They accept Molina Medi-Cal insurance, which is a plus. Additionally, making an appointment is easy, and there is no long wait on the day of our visit.

Eye doctor amazing! Professional! Staff needs some work. Rude and unprofessional. First time I went in not so bad but when It came for me to pick up my glasses the girls in the front must be having a bad day. They were being really rude.

This is the only eye doctor I will take my kids to. Kathrine is always super friendly and helps in any way she can. The doctor is very professional and will explain any concerns you may have. We've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

This has been by far the worst experience coming to this place, The staff is rude and unwilling to help, the wait for the glasses is ridiculously long They made me wait a little over a month for my prescription. A when I called to ask why the wait was so wrong the doctor told me that they had sent my glasses to the wrong shop or what ever. It has now been 6 weeks and I’m STILL waiting on them to give me my damn glasses.

I have had a horrible experience. The office staff is rude and not helpful at all. I went in to get my contacts but they didn't have a trial pair for me. It took two weeks to get them and never checked to see if they fit me nor gave me instructions afterwards. I will not be using them moving forward and I highly recommend you find another office...they're not nice people.
