I’ve been coming here for years and the office staff is always so kind and helpful, I love them! But the female optometrist is rude and extremely dismissive of any concerns you have. I brought a concern to her attention about my eyes, which she made me feel stupid about. I then took that same concern to a different optometrist and they confirmed that there there was something wrong and that I was correct.

I used to absolutely love this place. Dr. Cooper is excellent and she helped save my vision; so I continued my visits for almost three or four years! But the CSRs’ patient interaction has been horrible in the last couple of years-to say the least! My exam was on 7/30 and I paid almost $200 for contacts and advised to wait about 10 days for them to arrive. However, I decided to get a refund, prescription update, and will no longer EVER return after waiting nearly three weeks to inquire about my order. The really mean CSR (who goes by initials), was very abrasive and said that they had been there since 8/6 and I should have received a text from an 800 number to let me know they were in! After carefully reviewing my text log, there was NO message to verify her claim! I really love supporting Black-owned businesses and postponed this review until this final act of rude unprofessional interaction pushed me to my breaking point!!! Perhaps, I’ll visit another location, but I’m so apprehensive about encountering more heightened unprofessionalism with this company! Do better before it’s too late!!!

I literally just tried to call and the receptionist answered and put me on hold, and then when she came back to the phone, as I was trying to pull up my insurance, she said hold on I got another call. That was so rude and unprofessional. Terrible service!
