Excellent service and good price

I don't recommend this place. The staff are rude. Second, I bought some sunglasses that the owner (I think she is) told me cost $200. It turns out that when I researched the price online, the sunglasses cost $24. These people are inflating the prices. Be careful when you go to buy sunglasses; check the price first.

My whole family has been clients for over 15 years. The staff and customer services are awesome. The owner is always accessible to assist in a very friendly professional manner. Gtreat prices and lots of variety for everyone’s need. Best of all they really know what there doing!

Very satisfied! It's the first time I've had to use prescription glasses here. They explained everything very well, the prescription was perfect, and I even went on a Tuesday and told them I was going on vacation on Friday, and they called me on Thursday to say they were ready. Thank you! I recommend them 100%.

Great service. Guy at the front was very courteous and quick to fix my glasses. Will definitely consider getting my glasses here next time I need a change in prescription.

This time I can say I'm happy with my glasses. They understood my problem and made them exactly as I needed them. I see very well, I no longer have eye strain, they don't water, and I don't have headaches. Everything is perfect. I like them. On Saturday, the glasses passed the ultimate test. I was working with them from 9 am to 8 pm and there was no need to take them off due to fatigue. I didn't feel anything; I was very comfortable with them. Excellent work, I like them now.

The worst place in the world. Thieves. I arrived a novice, desperately needing glasses that would work for distance vision and computer use. They made me progressive lenses ($380, with me providing the frames). A month later, I went back because I couldn't see well when using them on the computer. They told me progressive lenses weren't for computer use (after telling me I could do everything with them). They sent me to get some specifically for computer use ($220 more), and it turns out I can't even walk outside with the computer glasses because everything is blurry. "I'm supposed to take them off and put them back on every time I stop using the computer." When you take them off and put them back on every 5 minutes, you still can't see anything. In short, $600 wasted and the problem remains unsolved "because I supposedly had to adapt." They didn't refund me a single dollar, and in the end it was my fault "because I couldn't adapt after a month and a half." I'm going to write a review here whenever I can, so don't even think about removing it because I'll just put it back up.

About a month ago, I went to that optician's on a recommendation. The staff were excellent, but the initial measurement for progressive lenses didn't work for me. I think the doctor didn't take the measurements correctly. I went back to have them taken again, wasting my money, and they still didn't work. I still maintain that this doctor, whom I have nothing against, doesn't seem to know how to take measurements very well, and his equipment isn't the most modern. For starters, he puts lenses on you that are all fogged up during the fitting. The glasses he uses for the fitting are all broken, and each lens is fogged up and old; they fall off your face. In short, a disaster. I don't recommend him because seeing clearly is essential.

I love this Company, I love the entire staff. Great Location. Amazing service & price . Don’t hesitate to buy, fix your lenses or glasses or , take your eye exam , and don’t forget to grab the little candy from the small basket.

Best experience for Me and my elderly Father in Law! The staff was Courteous and so helpful in every aspect. It's nice to see caring People still out there,ready and willing to do everything to make your visit a pleasant one!

Great customer service

My experience at this place was excellent. I had gotten my glasses elsewhere and was having trouble seeing far away, and I was starting to worry that it might be something related to my health. I called, and a very kind woman answered and gave me an appointment right away. I went, and the optometrist, who is also a very pleasant person, saw me. He explained that the glasses were poorly made, and after a thorough eye exam, he told me I didn't have any major problems. I explained that I needed my glasses for driving, that it was urgent, and to my surprise, they were ready the next day. Everyone who helped me did so with a smile. My glasses have given me peace of mind again because I can see well at a distance, and I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Yesterday, I took my children to get their glasses made too, and the process was just as good as the first time. 5 stars for this optician, and I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't like waiting in long lines or who is looking for good service for something they're paying for.

They are very kind and helpful in finding the best glasses. They are very patient with children and flexible with appointments, which is the best thing for me since I can't miss work. I highly recommend this place; the quality of the lenses is excellent. I have no complaints; they are very good.
