The dr. is nice enough. I guess hes average. Unfortunately his entire support staff is 100% clueless and they simply do not care about you as a patient or customer. I went and got an eye exam done there and ordered a pair of glasses back in October of 2020. Two weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called them and they said it was on back order it would be another two weeks. Two weeks later I STILL had not heard anything I called them and they said there was still an issue but did not have an excuse. Finally after 6 weeks they arrived but I didn't know this because they never called me and told me they had arrived. I had to call them back and ask if they had showed up. They said let us look and we will call you back. (Of course) A few hours went by they called back and said yes we have them you can come and get them. Now when I was in there there was only one other customer there and I understand that they may get busy but they couldn't possibly be so busy that every time you call them they have to call you back and then failed to do so. Is that their policy? If someone calls don't bother to call them back just say you're going to? That is Absolutely horrible and totally unacceptable in any form of customer service most especially in the health industry. It's not like I'm trying to buy a Nintendo. I need the glasses. Does that sound bad enough? Well believe it or not it actually gets WORSE!!
They told me that after the benefits renewed at the first of the year because I already had a valid eye exam all I had to do was call them and order another pair of glasses that would be free with my insurance. I did but, they said I would have to come in and see them. I told him I would have to call them back to make an appointment. I did so a few days later and they said we can't take any appointments right now let us call you back. They never called back. Another week went by and I called them and said can't I just order the glasses without having to come in? They said all you need to do I think is come in and pick out the frames. I said I want the exact same order. Just duplicate it. They said we need to make sure that we have those frames in stock. Let us look and we will call you back. They never called. That was over a month ago. If this is the kind of service that you would like to deal with then by all means see this doctor and his limey crew. However I warn you to Simply stay away. Walmart is better than this.

They are so unprofessional. They will see you at the door which is locked. The staff will wait until you get in your car to leave because they don want to be bothered. You call and then answer the phone. This is a public business why is the door locked.

I enjoyed using this doctor. However, you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they tell you they will call you back and never do. I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere.
