Over the past few weeks I have purchased two different pair of glasses after seeing Dr. Jenna Moran. We had some trouble getting my prescription just right in one of my eyes. Dr. Moran was extremely patient with me and worked diligently to get the best vision possible for me. Kayla was also very helpful and patient. I know that it is easy to get frustrated with patients when they are more particular; but both Dr. Moran and Kalya were very patient and kind, and worked hard to get a good result. Thank you both. I love my glasses now.

Went to Dr Schenbeek for yrs. She’s retiring so went to Dr Redmond. Hurried me thru the first appt. Waited forever for glasses that didn’t work. Repeated my vision appt and went back to original prescription. Waited again for glasses. No one in the office could care to help. Not the same.

The staff and facilities at Highline Vision Center are excellent. From the front desk all the way through everyone was helpful and friendly. They were great about answering questions coming from someone who this is entirely new for. Highly recommend Jenna Moran. She clearly knows her field well and offered clear explanations and solutions. Thank you!
