Worst experience. I went in right before Christmas to get my glasses. Didn’t want to put a huge down payment on my glasses because, again, right before Christmas. They told me my insurance “wouldn’t cover most of the cost of my glasses” which was strange because I have great insurance. So I ended up having to pay a huge deposit. They call me 20 mins later saying that they made a mistake and my insurance actually DOES cover the glasses so I actually didn’t have to pay that huge deposit so when the glasses are ready I won’t have to pay anything. (Are you freaking kidding me!?) over a month and a half goes by and they still don’t have my glasses. Finally today I call and they say they’re there snd they left me a voicemail. (No they never did) and they just tried to tell me that my insurance never covered the glasses and that I’ll have to pay more to pick them up. Worst experience ever.
