I booked a last minute appointment for the following day and the visit went seamlessly. From the start to the end, I got incredible service from everyone I interacted with. Dr. Kveton was thorough and helpful! Very happy with my decision to go to them.

I went to pick up badly needed glasses. I was late. I had the hours wrong. My wife was taking a picture of the hours on the door . The manager came out and my wife explained she was going out of town. I'm disabled so there would be no one to take me to pick them up. The manager invited us in and a wonderfully kind staff worker gave me my glasses adjusted them cleaned them. Thank you so much!

IF I could give them ten i would. I have had bad experiences with all sorts of doctors but this place blew me away. I walk in and everyone is smiling, i talk to the front desk person and she was sweet and amazing. Made the check in part of the morning easy and quick. Then the nurses (ik theyre not but thats how i see them) take me in the back to do those pesky tests and the two i had were easy to chat with and super sweet. Then they moved me to the doctor part and he was so funny. He let me know that he was a student, and we talked about his schooling and he was super quick and to the point. He explained everything to me in a way that i didnt feel stupid or that he was condensing which is a nice change for me. This kid will go far for sure. Then i went to the glasses place and sat down with one of their consultants. Now in the past i have never had a good experience with this part HOWEVER at this place the lady was perfect. I express what my needs were and she helped me find two frames that looked good on me. Do I plan on bringing my husband and daughter here? Absolutely. Do i plan on referring people to this place? Yes, i am here now writing a novel on how i felt about this place. Thanks yall

I recently visited Hill Country Vision on Evers Road, and overall, it was a great experience. The location itself is really nice. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed there were plenty of trees, which was perfect for parking in the shade and keeping my car cool. There's ample parking available, including designated handicap spots, which makes access convenient for everyone. The building and the surrounding property are also worth mentioning. The grounds are well-kept with lush, green grass, omething you don’t often see around San Antonio. It gives the place a welcoming and pleasant feel right from the start. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and checked in at the reception desk. While waiting for my appointment, I browsed through their selection of eyeglass frames. They had a great variety to choose from, which I appreciated. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15, but I wasn't called back until about 30 minutes later. They were running behind, but the staff apologized for the delay, and once I was seen, everything went smoothly. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the vision exam process. Although I didn’t get the chance to pick out glasses during that visit due to another commitment, I definitely plan to return. They had a large selection of frames, and I look forward to taking my time with that part on my next visit. Hill Country Vision offers a comfortable and welcoming environment with great service. I recommend them if you're looking for a vision care provider in the San Antonio area.

5 stars is rare for me. After several years of getting the run-around all over town, I ended up getting amazing service right here in the neighborhood. If you are a seasoned citizen with sensitive skin like me, ask for Johnny Gonzalez. He took the time for a thorough review of my history, measured my face, and reviewed all the frames that might work. Once we narrowed it down to a final choice, he took extra time to make sure I left the office with a comfortable pair of glasses. It's amazing how a few minutes spent with the right person can make the difference for a lifetime of comfort. Thank you for your outstanding service.
