Wow!!!!! The customer service was out of this world! When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted and waited on. There were others also in the building that were being waited on as well. I felt I was important, listened to, and understood. My glasses are beautiful and well constructed! I will not go anywhere else and I will tell all my neighbors and friends in the south villages!!! I love this practice. I called them with an eye emergency. Julie couldn't get me in but gave me practices to call. She told me to call back if no one could see me. She got me in. Dr. Randall is super. One of the best exams I have ever had. I worked for an opthamologist so I know. I also got my new glasses there. I will be going back there again. First time at Hindsight. Julia assisted me with prices and specifications. My eye exam with Dr. Russell was stellar. He explained all procedures clearly and without rushing. Mohammed took additional measurements. This store even used my own frames. When I went back to pickup my new glasses,the new lenses and their measurements put a big smile on my face! What a big difference from my 2 year old glasses. Everything is sharp and clear. I can even hear better (lol). Don't hesitate. Now I see why this eyeglass center is so highly rated. Go for it. Thank you so much. Today was my first day to ever find this place and I found it from this wonderful lady from my other Eyeglass Pl., it’s called Mid Flordia IA. She told me to go to hindsight. I had to go there to get my prescription lenses put in my Oakley frames the transition lenses they did a wonderful job. I was in there for about 12 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is polite, kind courteous, and definitely they could help you. I went to three places before this they couldn’t do it for Me. Sam, who works at hindsight got my lenses in within three minutes thank you again and I’m sorry. I forgot the ladies name in there but they’re all kind check out this place.

Excellent place. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They helped with an insurance confusion I had and got that sorted out. Mohammed in particular went above and beyond to get me glasses I felt comfortable with and even delivered them. Excellent experience.

Always a great experience in the past 5 years that we have been going. We get a professional, comprehensive eye exam there yearly and buy our RX glasses there. ALWAYS a good experience with all staff. They do lots of in-house services in their on-premise lab.

Having just moved to The Villages I didn't know who to go to to have my wife's and my eyes examined. Upon checking the internet I chose Hindsight based on others recommendations and boy am I glad I did. From the moment we walked in the door until we left we were treated like family. The staff and Doctor Russell were very professional and I would highly recommend this practice. What a great experience.

I am thrilled with my new glasses from HindSight in Pinellas plaza. From the walk in greeting, the eye exam and personal touch with picking the right features to order, they were wonderful!

My husband and I needed new eyeglasses and came back to Hindsight, again, since we were happy with our previous experiences there. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. We worked with Julie, who, again, was very nice, efficient, and helpful in getting our eyeglasses ordered and fitted properly. We each purchased 3 pairs of various types (EX: bifocals, One vision, readers, transition, sunglasses… And some we were even able to use our old frames). Incredibly efficient and well organized. I just needed prescription sunglasses from my out of state doctor’s visit earlier in the year. I had them in just over an hour at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Hindsight to anyone.

I dealt with a wonderful person named Ladonna. I was not satisfied with the glasses I purchased and she was so patient with me until I was completely satisfied. I had to purchase another pair and she was so kind and helpful and above all patient with me. I highly recommend Hindsight and especially Ladonna.

My wife and I had our annual exam today at Hindsight. After taking the time to read the reviews, We decided to give them a shot. Doctor Russell was great. He told me things about my eyes that my previous optometrist failed to do. I work in I.T. and had difficulty looking at my computer monitor. I went to Hind Sight Eye Care for their expertise. I left with two different pairs of glasses; one for vision and a great pair of Oakleys. The staff is very knowledgeable in all fields of Eye Care and were patient and thoughtful. I DO NOT like changing eye care places because of a crappy experience I had as a teenager (yeah, whitecoat trauma is real). This place, very friendly, totally engaged and knowledgeable. Emily was great with trying to figure insurance nonsense out before my appointment. (I love that she reads upside down. I do too😁). Dr. Russell was great for listening to me and understanding what I needed to see and why. Mohammed finished my visit in the office with measurements and the purchase frames. He answered more questions I needed to make the best purchase for my frames - I have an office pair now. 🤓.
