I am from the east coast and am visiting my daughter and her family! I fell asleep wearing my glasses last night and broke one arm off my frameless glasses. 🤦🏻♀️ Not so long story even shorter, my daughter recommended I go to Hip Optics Vision Source to see if they could help me. I walked in, gave the very nice lady, at the front desk, my glasses and its missing arm. She was honest she had never actually seen my type of “hinge” before, they are not normal! No screw hinge. I had actually never realized what I had until this morning! Anyways, she took the glasses to her manager, and after maybe 4 minutes, she returned with my repaired glasses!! And then floored me that there was no charge! I am so appreciative of Hip Optics Vision Source! I wasn’t sure how I was going to live another 5 days before returning home without my glasses. Now I don’t have to worry! Thank You Hip Optics Vision Source!! You guys are amazing!! Highly recommended!!
