I normally don't write reviews and If I do, I try to stay positive. Have been contemplating to write a review about this place for a very long time but the knife has hit the bone! My eyes are still killing me with pain and headache and after spending nearly $3000 (Three thousand) on my very first pair Cartier eyeglasses (No, I'm not spoiled or rich, but I just wanted to take good care of my eyes and what a bad choice of location I made for that). In less than a year since I bought them, with over a 45 days delay on getting the glasses, my glasses have been in for correction on lenses (about three months), Re-Alignment (over 4 months) and fixing after falling apart entirely, I had only about a two months good use of my glasses in which even after they came back from re-alignment they were loose and ended up completely falling apart! I thought may be I have this experience since they had to send the glasses as they say "to Cartier Center in Europe" and that's why is taking so long but as I read through these comments, I can see that many other people have the same experience which indicates something is very seriously wrong about this place and the way they service their customers, orders and repairs. May be they are not paying their service centers properly or on time that they have such a poor and long servicing time, whatever it is, something clearly is very wrong about their practice model. I I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Yes they do have a very nice selection of glasses, but horrible, unreliable service on any level. You leave an expensive pair of glasses there and they don't even give you any paperwork that you left anything there, making you always worried as to what could have happened to my glasses since they never call you to follow up even after they promised to do so. Those two couple of people that got good reviews are swamped with all the work and not managing all the promises. This was the very fist time that I ever needed to buy eyeglasses and used this place and am so disappointed for such a bad choice of optometry services! Bad, bad bad service.

The front desk manager is very rude and had a very bad attitude. Dr. only care about your follow up visit, once you paid, they don't care about you. Be careful with this company. I took my kid for an eye exam with one doctor, she checked him and diluted his eyes, then she said she can give his drop for improving his eyes. Then by knowing that we won't do follow up, she refused to send prescription to the pharmacy and help my son the drop to improve his eyes anymore. I am stuck as I've already used the yearly insurance with them. I don't know what is the reason, but rejecting a kid for better care is not what Dr. should do. I would not recommend this place.

My biggest issue with this optometrist is the horrible poor quality of their lenses! I’m having to constantly clean my lenses way too frequently on a daily basis, and they don’t clean as well. A good pair of glasses should not attract dirt, dust, and lint so easily, and should also be easy to clean! So, while they’ve got high-end designer frames to choose from, their poor quality lenses makes wearing glasses an inconvenient chore by having to clean them repeatedly with a microfiber cloth. Getting Prada frames just wasn’t worth the price when paired with cheap lenses that obviously are not coated properly or effectively. Switching optometrists! Never going here again!
