I had an excellent experience at this office and truly appreciate the care I received from the entire team. I came in after having ongoing issues with a recent pair of glasses obtained elsewhere that were causing distortion and eye strain. From the beginning, the staff and doctor were patient, attentive, and clearly focused on getting things right. The doctor performed a very thorough eye exam and took extra time carefully checking and rechecking different lenses to make sure the prescription was accurate. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. The optician was equally meticulous when fitting the lenses into my frame. He measured my PD, marked the lenses while the frame was on my face, and when I picked up the glasses he adjusted and heated the frame to make sure everything sat correctly and comfortably. When I put the new glasses on, my eyes adjusted almost immediately and everything was clear. After the issues I had been experiencing before, that moment was such a relief. What stood out most was how kind, professional, and detail-oriented everyone was throughout the process. It’s clear that this office genuinely cares about their patients and takes the time to make sure things are done properly. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for careful, attentive eye care.

The Staff very nice and helpful. The bathroom and office is clean. If a coworker wants to smoke a cigarette yall should make a rule to walk at least 6 ft from office door to smoke and not stand at front door entrance. Other than that the service was great. 😊 …

They have a great selection of glasses. I walked in and was able to see Dr. Rosano very quickly. She took time to explain my eyewear options (contacts vs glasses…. Single vision vs multifocal). The gentleman behind the counter was also very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend!!!!

I saw Dr. Rosano today and she made me feel like I matter. She was very professional and kind. I was there for sunglasses and the price I paid was a bit elevated. I used them before in 2019 and what I paid today was more than double previous price. As a whole, service was great.

Doctors are nice and friendly and explains everything to you, but frames and lenes are way over priced. Person at counter try's to bragin with you. Why can't it be one price for everyone? I took my prescription and got it for a 500$ less on line.

Been going here for years. Very detailed. They explain everything and all your options. Staff is very friendly and office is clean and modern. They make any adjustments if needed and have a great selection of frames. They have sales occasionally so that's a good thing.

The Hollis Vison optometrist was highly professional and affable. She appeared quite knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer questions. I felt comfortable having her for a second visit. Collecting my new rimless glasses proved enjoyable. Once again the staff readily responded to my inquiries regarding the price and production process of these glasses- a new style for me. I highly recommend Hollis Vison Center which has served me for several decades.

They should inform earlier to bring the eye exam voucher. And my old exam is expired. It was done on 2023. It was waste of time. Poor communication in their behalf. It should be explained over the phone then I could have save the trip

I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming hello. The eye exam was the most comprehensive I've had in years. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions which left me with confidence that I came to the right place. The optometrist showed me numerous selections and offered his advice on the best type of sunglasses for my blue eyes.

I was delighted with both my eye exam and Daniel for assistance in getting my credit card for my glass. I look forward to return to pick up my new glasses.
