Looking professional but not. There are really some NICE PEOPLE ,but far from being professional. Also one of the technician were rude,and she was kinda looking down on other people. The only reason I went there was positive comments on Google map but I failed. I had a last minute appointment and there was like a staff meeting at front desk, loud and aggressive … I won’t tell the main reason why I am kinda negative cuz I don’t want anyone to loss their job but there are things to be fixed here. But I have to give credit to -Julio , really knows what he is doing -The curly hair lady at the front desk

My first experience with an eye doctor in Florida, good office, easy getting in for an appointment, not long wait time and nice customer service. I was assisted by a girl called Anna which was very professional and knowledgeable, I saw Dr Schwartz and had procedure done for my dry eyes the same day, very satisfied. Definetelly recommend.

I have my 88 year old Mom visiting from out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday when she suffered an eye injury. I called several Ophthalmologists for help to no avail. Then I came across Hollywood Eye Institute. There I spoke to Veronica, who was beyond helpful. Not only did she give me hope and put me at ease- but she came thru by fitting my Mom into their schedule within two hours of my phone call. Then came Joseph; without hesitation, he jumped in and got my Mother set up with all the necessary assessments needed for Dr. Scwartz to properly examine her. I can not say enough about the entire Hollywood Eye Institute staff. Their empathy, compassion, willingness to help and professionalism are off the charts. Thank you for all you have done.
