Dr Holt was awesome, if the survey was just about him, he'd get 5 stars. He took his time & explained stuff, great bedside manor. The girls in the front are a different story, I would give them a zero if I could. They are rude, argumentative (ie the lady checking us out claim they had no idea about the 50% off for the retinal image. She charged my wife full price even when asked about it), not knowledgeable regarding insurance - she had no clue what my premiums were even with the printed paper in front of her, attempted to charge mea medical copay vs vision copay.

They are overpriced and not helpful. When I picked up my very expensive glasses they handed me a bag with my glasses. They did make sure they fit, no adjustments, nothing. I will go back to Costco, better service, and a lot less expensive.

Dr Holt and staff are absolutely wonderful! Robert, the optical manager helped me pick out the cutest frames. I get so many compliments!
