Extremely disappointed. The optometrist had a broken hand and made one of the assistants do my eye exam instead. I was then rushed out to the bright waiting room while my eyes were dilating because they had so many patients. I waited for almost 30 minutes for the assistant to call me back in to finally get my eyes examined. Most of the staff in the front are friendly but one individual left a terrible impression. When I asked for an itemized bill she assumed I couldn't pay and proceeded to say that I will not be able to get my prescription. I had every intention to pay the bill but was extremely offended that I was judged based on my appearance. I will not be returning as a patient and I urge others to look elsewhere for another eye doctor who treats everyone with respect and values each patient as a person.

I was under Dr. Wangs treatment for 3 years. He’s an amazing doctor and suggested the best lenses for my cataract surgery. I am very satisfied with my surgery and the outcome.

Located on the 8th Floor of Queens Physicians Office Building 2, it's where you want to go to see certified ophthalmologists rather than optometrists. They're the better of the two. I get checked annually, and the doctors and staff rock it and monitor my annual progress very well. I always look forward to my checkups and am always satisfied. Way to go. Great team all the way around, especially trying to accommodate changes in my appointment. 🙂🤙✌️
