Saw Buckner yesterday. So kind and professional. Explained and answered all my questions with empathy so going forward with my surgery, I’m feeling like it’s gonna be easy breezy lemon squeezy! Thanks Buckner! My future vision lies in your hands, no pressure. 🤣 I’m kidding. I know all will go well with what we’ve planned. We’ll see you in two months! 😊 Also have to spotlight Brooke. Canada brought us such a gift. She was so kind and patient while doing my scans and measurements. Also made small talk so to make the scans easy and comfortable. Thanks for being you Brooke. You’re one of kind. Didn’t catch the check out guys name, but he held my check out paper with all his being. He’s truly a gem and gave me water and a cookie on the way out. Can you name an office that does that? Not I. 🫶🏽 Checking in was easy. I filled out the paperwork emailed to me ahead of time. So couldnt bust an eye joke with her before waiting to be called back like I do at my eye doctors office. Hoopes Vision all in all was an awesome visit. You know their commercials or ads that come through…. Those aren’t lying. 😊👏🏽

Had my eye surgery in 2008. Been enjoying great vision ever since. Saw Dr Hoopes today for a long overdue follow up exam. Things are still good considering surgery was 15 years ago. Everyone I interacted with from reception staff, ophthalmology tech and Dr were very friendly, thorough and professional. Thank you!

Had my first appointment recently and let me just say everyone from the front desk staff to the tech to meeting my surgeon, Dr Ben Buckner, I was extremely impressed. The professionalism of all staff members anathema gentle compassionate nature of the Dr I feel I hit the jackpot. I highly recommend them.
