I was very pleased with each of my visits to the Hope Eye Center. My wait time upon checking in was only a few minutes at most. The staff was friendly and thorough. Dr Wang was also friendly and answered my questions with informative explanations. I did not feel rushed to leave and I felt confident in the care I received during cataract surgery on both eyes over the past few months. I highly recommend this practice.

Had to get 3 appointments even though my niece just took one to get everything done. Last appointment that was for a follow up (which she was told it wasn't necessary if there was no issues, no one told me this) took over 2 hrs. 1 hr in waiting room (with only 1 other person) then another 1 waiting for the doctor. So I had to pay more than what was necessary in time and money. If you have time and money to waste, come here.

Dr. Wang and her staff are amazing they have always treated me and my family great. Dr. Wang is the best doctor in the city. I’ve been seeing her for many years and i wouldn’t trade her for the world. She did mine and my husband’s cataract surgery and it’s like a whole new world she did such an amazing job. The girls upfront are very helpful and if they’re not able to help they get someone that can help, the young lady with the tattoos i believe her name is Honey she was the one who got me ready for Dr Wang, I was having a bad morning which I’m assuming she noticed that she made sure i was comfortable and made the whole experience with her good she even had me laughing before Dr. Wang came in which made the rest of my day so much better. I will forever be grateful to Dr Wang and her wonderful staff.
