My appointment with Dr. Bell was right when they lost power to the entire block — severed electrical line. She called Mooresville to get me in there but I did t feel comfortable driving there as my GPS wasn’t working properly. She said come and see at 8 tomorrow morning. As I was driving home , received a call to return as power back on. Dr Bell explained why I needed to be seen immediately after having floaters following cataract surgery. Thankfully no issues. She did everything she could to make sure I was seen that day! Dr Bell explained that what she was doing and why. Really appreciate her and all her extra effort! Thanks. Connie

The technician took her time to get my exam just right. When she encountered some readings she didn’t expect she stopped and conferred with her coworker to make sure their measurements corresponded. Dr Bell then further verified my readings. She was very professional and also friendly. She inspired trust with her easy competence.

The staff provided excellent service even though I have not been there since August. They Remembered my concerns Embuying me with confidence as to their abilities while at the same time Reinstating the trust that I had with them last Summer. Thus relaxing me in their care.
