Dr Duncan was great to have for my PKT surgery. I would recommend going to him for your eye surgery. The results I had I couldn't be more satisfied. Horizon is great to work with and they tell you what's going to happen every step of the way. They should get more than 5 stars! I can see 20/15 now with no more glasses or contacts!
