I need a more in depth exam because of medications and this office can do all the exams I need. Dr. Horner is personable and also completes exams quickly without feeling rushed. Saprina runs the front office and I love catching up with her each time I go. She knows my style and is great at pointing out all the cute styles I like. Any problems we have had with insurance they helped us out and made things easy for us.

Our family have been seeing Dr. Horner for awhile and we love it here. Dr. Horner treats his patients like family. Saprina runs the front desk and she’s a reliable one. We can always walk-in if we have some urgent matters and she’ll always attend to us as soon as she can.

I have seen Dr. Horner off and on again starting in the 90’s when we were both much younger (I was a young teen and he was a young doctor)! He was always helpful and understanding of my eye needs and the needs of my family. When I was younger he offered frames from the Lyons club which helped me to be able to get glasses. He helped my oldest son who has Autism to have a calm and wonderful experience. I appreciate his calm demeanor and professionalism.
