One staff member was patient and kind answering my concerning question while the other staff member who wasn't even in our conversation butted in with a loud, rude, and hostile response. Made me uncomfortable and immediately made me feel like I didn't belong in their store due to not being knowledgeable about their profession... poor experience. Lost my business.. overall terrible experience and irritated I even wasted my time on my 30 minute lunch break going to this establishment.

This facility has the same atmosphere as the eye care facility I used to visit when I was a kid. Not the most up-to-date facility, but the front desk staff is great and my prescription was on point.

Love the staff here. Dr. Nelson is thorough and really cares about his patients. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else.
