I have been seeing Dr Dhir on a yearly basis for check up. This year 2023 the facility called in June and changed my appointment for July 28, at 2:45p, I accepted as it was just a checkup . Huffing and puffing I leave work for my appointment. It is 4:13pm I am still waiting to see the doctor. This is awful. My time, my work is also just as important. It is Friday, I have a team of 16. I am very upset and not sure if I would even want to continue coming to this facility. Time is the essence how can a doctor care about his patient if he is not mindful of time. He should be refunding my visit charge for loosing time at work Very disappointed and annoyed

Kind, prompt attention and efficient. Dr Matthew saw me promptly after being seated, explained what she was doing and provided me copies of all paperwork for my records. Happy with my experience and will return again

Poorly managed business from a patients perspective. The highway 6 sugarland location has good doctors, but even if you make an appointment in advance, the usual story is that you will end up sitting in the waiting room for an hour or 2. Totally frustrating experience. This isn't a once in a while experience, but an every appointment experience. In the 21st century, this business should be able to manage its scheduling system much more smartly and efficiently. But it looks like the all mighty dollar is the king and the patients are just pawns. So overbook and let them wait and wait in the hall! At some point people will finally give up and look for other places with good doctors.
