Lady Lisa with Dr Harris is in need of customer service training. We have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with her at every visit. In kingwood and in the city. Her way of speaking to people is just disheartening. Patience that visit these hospitals are already in distress and she does not make this experience any easier, comfortable. She gives more anxiety. It was heart breaking seeing the way she spoke to elderly patiences, and everyone that walked in. It was very difficult to not say something to her. A smile goes a long way. And kindness.

Dr Vital is a gifted and talented ophthalmologist who possesses great bedside manner. His consistent and thorough treatment each year is a difference maker among other similar professions.

Dr Harris and her staff are extremely skilled and offer a very reassuring bedside manner. Even though I have always been practically phobic about anyone touching my eyes, thanks to their care, I can now have AMD injections with no problems tolerating the procedure. And that includes no post-procedural pain! I have complete confidence in Dr Harris and feel blessed to have her and her staff caring for me.
