Doc was good, staff was nice. But the process from exam to corrective lenses - for me - was (is) too long. I've been waiting 17 days since my eye exam and I still don't have my new glasses or new contacts. And don't ever try to get a hold of them on the phone. If the operator actually correctly directs the call, they don't pick up. And don't leave a message as they, apparently, don't respond to those, either. Pretty let down, very unfortunate. The only reason I even can give a star at all is the exam went well. But everything after that point has been a cluster and a half.

Dr. Minkowski and Dr. Atkinson have been the best in helping me heal my eye after my little gardening incident. Would recommend them X10 . And also Irene the assistant was wonderful and very friendly made me feel at ease since the 1st day Ty so much. Although I was a bit disappointed with the receptionist when I was leaving on my third visit she was extremely loud and didn’t wait for me to walk over to her desk for her to talk to me about my payment I think everyone the front heard her I was a little embarrassed hopefully it doesn’t happen again to anyone.

At this clinic, I've seen Dr. Mazharrudin so I cannot speak for other providers at this location. The first visit was ok (bedside manner was just meh) but today I was very disappointed. My appointment was at 1:30 and I had to leave at 3 due to another appointment that I had at 3:30. No real explanation for why she was running behind and all her rooms were filled. When asked if I could reschedule with another provider for a sooner date than she had available I was told at check out that I have to continue to see Dr. Mazharruddin and was given no other options. This is very inconvenient not only for myself but I feel like for other patients as well.
