I’ve always been very happy coming to this place but my recent visit was very embarrassing and disappointing, the staff are very friendly and professional, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the police officer in the front. The gentleman was walking back and forth looking at me while I was looking for frames , then when I was walking towards the door with my boyfriend, he unlocked the front door right in front of us ,it seemed as if he was rushing to unlock it as he could tell we payed for my frames with a different employee, I completely understand and acknowledge that it’s his job as a police officer but not already assume that we were stealing or being suspicious by locking us in the establishment. Overall very disappointed.

Good News upon my return to Houston Eye Associates I am pleased to report the previous issue of a Lukewarm atomosphere was transformed to a warm and friendly one. I actually enjoyed my visit to drop off another pair of glaasses and am now looking forward to picking up both pair and future visits. A fine facility, lots of variety. and Very professional staff. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Dr. Heaney a couple of weeks ago which went great. Today I went back to get my contacts and Miranda helped me. There was a rude customer (basically a Karen) expecting Miranda’s attention immediately and I wouldn’t have mind if she helped the other lady before me but Miranda insisted that she’d attend to me first. I really appreciated the service and attention that Miranda gave. She was very professional with assisting me and handled the situation with the “Karen” really well.
